About
From Software Engineer to Yoga Engineer
I teach yoga the way I was trained to think — through mechanism, not myth. Every cue I give has an anatomical reason behind it.
Before yoga, I trained with weights consistently from 2016 to 2019. While it made me stronger and fitter, I gradually felt more rigid, which led me to explore yoga. I started with little knowledge, learning from different teachers before completing my Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh. With consistent practice and guidance from exceptional teachers, my understanding of yoga grew deeper.
Somewhere along the way, yoga stopped being just about flexibility and physical practice. The question changed from “How can I make my body more flexible?” to “How can I understand myself better?”
Yoga taught me the value of patience, discipline, consistency, and self-awareness—not only for physical growth, but also for mental and inner growth.
Today, I share my experience through regular classes, workshops, social media, and personal interactions with other practitioners. I believe teaching is never a one-way journey. I teach, but every practitioner I work with teaches me something too.
My approach is simple: understand the body, practice with awareness, and focus on sustainable progress—not just achieving poses.
